You can return any product purchased from us if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival or you have received any other item.
• In order to return the product, you will have to notify us by sending a Gmail at email@example.com with the Order ID and details of the product.
• Our customer care center agent will call you back in next 24 hrs. If you have received an item that was damaged or defective upon arrival, you can return the item within 7 days.
• Please attach the invoice received with the order or a photocopy of the invoice with the return for us to track your details.
• For All return shipments, cost will be borne by the customer
• Items damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund
• Items purchased on discounted prices will not be eligible for return or refund
• Refunds will only be processed once the item is received by Ecommerce La.
• Once we receive the item back at our warehouse and it's not damaged or broken, we will issue a refund cheque and send it through mail or transfer through bank account.
